This project consisted of the demolition of existing dilapidated buildings and the erection of a steel portal frame with brick façade, trapezoidal metal roof with high bay loading door and personnel door.
The project also included the restoration and division of a larger single unit into 4 smaller units, more suitable for the market in the area.
